Shane joined the Spencer Childers Group in 2022 and works primarily with investment and commercial projects for the team. He comes from a background of small business ownership and personally invests in real estate in Lafayette and surrounding areas. Shane was born and raised in Lafayette and earned his bachelors in financial planning from Purdue in 2009. Post graduation he moved to Fort Wayne, IN in 2010 where he founded ARC Window Treatments & Tinting with his wife Jenna, and she continues to operate that business today. After relocating back to Lafayette in 2020, Shane decided to turn his passion for real estate investing into his full time business by helping clients invest in the Lafayette and surrounding areas. Outside of real estate you will either find Shane spending time with family or training for an IRONMAN triathlon.
