Sommer is the Operations Coordinator, bringing over 10 years of experience in operations and organizational support. She is passionate about developing strong relationships, maintaining and improving systems, and ensuring that processes and resources are accessible and effective for everyone. Sommer thrives on creating structure and efficiency behind the scenes so teams can focus on what they do best.
Originally from Tennessee, Sommer now proudly calls Lafayette home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found cheering on her daughter as a member of the Ball State Code Red Dance Team or supporting her son at various activities. She is also an active member of her church and loves all things sparkly.
