As the Transaction Coordinator for the Spencer Childers Group, Sara is the ultimate organizer, managing every detail of each transaction from accepted offer to closing. She works hand-in-hand with agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure the process runs smoothly and stress-free for everyone involved.
Sara joined the team in 2022 after relocating to Lafayette, and since then, she’s embraced both her career and the local community with enthusiasm. Outside of work, you’ll find Sara enjoying quality time with her husband and their dogs, exploring all the hidden gems Lafayette has to offer, and soaking up the vibrant local culture.
